I believe in fair and reasonable prices. I always quote in advance over the phone whenever possible – no unexpected surprises!

I’m not a call centre or third party, so I can ensure lower prices than many competitors in the area which will frequently display a lower price on their websites or quote low but then charge a hefty amount for locks, call-out fees, and/or after hours jobs.

I found Norman through Google after having a key snap in a lock at work. He was very close luckily and came within 20 minutes of calling,The lock barrel required replacing due to age and wear which was done within the hour.Friendly, punctual and knows his onions. Should I need his services again, he will be the first port of call.Highly recommended.

Norman fixed my broken front door lock in a professional and effective manner. The lock works better than ever and we didn’t even need new keys. I am pleased with his workmanship. I am even more pleased with his first rate ethical customer service. He quoted me his out of hours rate for his services, but he actually performed his work on Saturday, the day before Christmas Eve, which should have been after hours, and at a higher rate. I told him I’d be happy to pay his out of hours rate, but being a gentleman of his word he stuck by his original quote. Norman is a true professional.

The job was very tedious as the doors were kept in the shed for many years and the multiple point locks were rusted and jammed. Norman made sure to reuse most of the parts and also helped find a new lock for a reasonable price. There were many issues but Norman did not gave up. We are very happy and pleased with his professionalism and skills.
