My job was a scheduled, non-emergency appointment to fix a broken window lock and I was happy that Norman was available on the day I requested and even happier that he was willing and able to adjust the number of hours needed when I added another couple of jobs to the to-do list. I’m also very grateful that he was so generous with the billed hours, since the jobs took more hours than I was invoiced. Norman is polite, friendly, creative with problem solving, and also very tidy and quick to clear away sawdust etc. from drilling. Absolutely would hire again!

Norman fixed my broken front door lock in a professional and effective manner. The lock works better than ever and we didn’t even need new keys. I am pleased with his workmanship. I am even more pleased with his first rate ethical customer service. He quoted me his out of hours rate for his services, but he actually performed his work on Saturday, the day before Christmas Eve, which should have been after hours, and at a higher rate. I told him I’d be happy to pay his out of hours rate, but being a gentleman of his word he stuck by his original quote. Norman is a true professional.

The job was very tedious as the doors were kept in the shed for many years and the multiple point locks were rusted and jammed. Norman made sure to reuse most of the parts and also helped find a new lock for a reasonable price. There were many issues but Norman did not gave up. We are very happy and pleased with his professionalism and skills.
